About Samantha

 

Samantha grew up with a very strong background in fitness. She has been active ever since she was a small child and played all kinds of sports growing up. Gymnastics was her favorite. Samantha’s dad built a house in New Jersey and made sure to install a state of the art gym in their basement. Samantha would watch her dad bodybuild in their gym as she grew up and was always around heavy iron.

 

With a passion for fashion, Samantha went to school to study fashion merchandising and design but quickly realized she didn’t want that anymore. She began weight training and becoming very serious with fitness. Samantha would spend 2+ hours in the gym every day because she became hooked on the results from her hard work. She wanted more and hired a coach who would help Samantha take her physique to the next level. During this time, Samantha began to study and take courses on nutrition, kinesiology, anatomy and also became certified.

 

Sam quickly started turning heads and getting other people inspired with her body and work ethic which quickly gave her a client base in New York City. Samantha decided it was time to take it to the next level and prep for a bodybuilding competition. She became tunnel visioned and every ounce of her went into prep. She would wake up at 3:30 in the morning most days to be in the gym by 4:00 to do cardio and then traveled downtown to teach her morning classes at a boutique fitness studio in Manhattan. Samantha was head instructor and became very popular very fast because of her inspirational energy and her no bullshit, hardcore, crazy and tough workouts. She won New York City’s Hottest Trainer in 2015 after entering a competition. Her classes were always overbooked and sold out and during this time she was already qualified in bikini fitness and became DETERMINED to turn pro.

 

After competing in several NPC shows and placing, Samantha turned into an IFBB Pro and conquered a dream. This is when she knew she could do anything she put her mind to and one day in her off season, she met someone who saw more in her in a gym. She started training with a very knowledgeable powerlifter who taught Samantha everything about the sport. Strength training was very different from bikini fitness and required much more strength, more muscle and more grit. Samantha stopped competing in bikini fitness because she fell head over heels in love with heavy lifting. Her favorite lift is the squat.

Samantha surpassed every strength goal she ever set and became very strong. She now wants to help people from all over the world reach their fitness goals since she has extensive knowledge in ALL areas of fitness no matter what the goal of the individual is. She can and she will help you reach whatever goal that is. Get ready to work, because Samantha knows the only way to reach your goals is by working hard for them.
