Level 3 is the most challenging program of them all. You just finished my level 2 program, or you’re already advanced and want a new challenging program to take your squat to the next levet. At this level, you’re a squat machine. You impress people when you get under the bar, but it’s not enough… you want more. This 6 week squat program is specifically designed to peak you and get you stronger than ever before. There’s a combination of front squats and back squats with a 3x a week frequency. This is a taxing squat program so you need to make sure that you prioritize recovery (both calories and sleep) so you avoid injury. This program is absolutely NOT recommended for beginners.
